Group Trip Leader – Philippines
We’re seeking an experienced Group Trip Leader to lead and inspire our travel groups in the Philippines. You must have proven experience leading groups, including international travelers. Currently, we are looking for Trip leaders who are based in Siargao, El Nido, or Boracay. A valid travel guide license is a big advantage.
Virtual Assistant – Siargao, Philippines
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant based in Siargao to support our growing community, events, marketing activities, and day to day business operations.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with lead management, customer communication, social media engagement, partner coordination, and administrative tasks. You may also help support local events and community initiatives when needed.
This role starts as a part time position with flexible remote work arrangements and opportunities to grow into a larger role over time.

シアルガオ島で開催するアドベンチャーやカルチャー体験ツアーに参加する日本人ゲストをサポートする、日本語・英語バイリンガルのツアーリーダーを募集しています。
主な業務は、滞在中のゲストサポート、通訳・コミュニケーション支援、現地パートナーとの調整、そして参加者が安心して楽しめる体験づくりです。
シアルガオ島在住の方、または移住可能な方は歓迎します。ツアー日程に合わせたパートタイムまたはプロジェクトベースのお仕事です。
